-Will-     Do you have a "WILL" or if you do not have a will? 

  Who do YOU want to have control, and has legal authority to do so in the event of your death.

-Doe's-   Do you prefer burial or cremation?

 -Privacy-  Private Viewing or Public Visitation prior to burial or cremation?
